Strategy Studio provides creative intelligence helping small and mid-size organizations build credibility, and raise awareness. Our expertise lies in creating or revitalizing brands. Our approach is simple; using business and design strategies to better define and differentiate our client’s brand across print and digital touchpoints.


We are a boutique creative firm that has been operating for nearly three decades. Over that time, we have seen quite a change in the business landscape and we have evolved from print to digital to animation and video. Some of our clients have included PepsiCo, United Technologies, and ASME along with a number of innovative startups.


Our expertise in telling compelling stories, combined with our decades of experience, our affinity to collaborate, and the value of our relationships has made us a successful partner with a strong track record.


We define creative intelligence as bringing together business savvy with a design point-of-view. Using research and insights, we develop strategies that are the foundations of a brand. From there we develop a strong visual direction to the brand and build brand systems to support

it. While our capabilities may seem wide ranging for a small group, everything we do is in support of the brands we shepherd and have  a network of reliable collaborators to assist us. 


To us, every assignment is a branding assignment.


We start with a deep dive into the client or brand’s organizations, conducting internal interviews, reviewing the current state of the brand, and internal research. If further research is needed we commission external research to gather and evaluate insights uncovered through this phase.

Brand Identity 

A brand identity is essentially visual and verbal shorthand to identify an organization or brand immediately and memorably. To that end, we can assist in naming organizations, products, or initiatives and then develop a strong visual image that can set the brand apart from the field in which it competes. Further, we develop a framework from which the brand can grow.

Our brand development doesn't stop at the design of the logo. We collaborate with our clients on a touchpoint strategy that identifies a rollout plan that maximizes impact while managing the spend. This includes a discovery component on the stakeholder’s journey to determine relevant and valuable touchpoints. From there we determine the internal capabilities of the organization and develop the appropriate guidance needed for implementation. In addition, we often act as the internal brand team, planning and executing designated tactics.
